FAQ
What clients ask before deciding
How much does a smart home cost in Warsaw?
For a 150–200 m² house, full Loxone automation is typically PLN 50,000–120,000, including wiring, devices, the switchboard and programming. A wireless setup in an apartment often stays below PLN 30,000.
At what stage of construction should we start talking about a smart home?
Ideally before the electrical design is finalised — cables, buses and switchboard capacity are then planned from the start. In a finished house we work with wireless and point solutions.
Does a smart home work without internet?
Yes. The logic runs locally on a server in the switchboard, so lighting, heating, blinds and the alarm work regardless of your connection. Internet is only needed for remote access and notifications.
Which areas do you cover?
Warsaw and the whole Mazovia region — most often Konstancin-Jeziorna, Piaseczno, Józefów, Zalesie Górne, Pruszków and Legionowo. Larger projects we also deliver elsewhere in Poland.
Can we see the system before deciding?
Yes, in our Warsaw showroom. Lighting scenes, blinds, intercom, the energy panel and the app all run live. A visit takes about an hour.
